Dave Nygren is awarded the APS Particles and Fields Instrumentation Award

Our collaborator David Nygren has been awarded the American Physical Society’s inaugural “Particles and Fields Instrumentation Award” for his invention in the 1970s of the Time Project Chamber, a cornerstone of particle and nuclear physics experiments, which is the chamber used in the NEXT experiment.
